Who is The Nail Jeva?

First off, I want to thank you for coming and visiting my site. By being here, you've taken the first step in supporting not only a local solopreneur, but also my journey as a musical artist. My is Jessieka, better known as The Nail Jeva and I've been immersed in the nail industry for over 17 years.

I started doing nails as a teenager, drawn to the art and creativity behind every design. Over the years, Ive work everywhere from traditional nail shops to luxury salons and spas like The Woodhouse in Victor and R Salon in Webster. in 2019, I opened my own space, Botanica Nail Studio, which quickly grew, even earning coverage in the Democrat and Chronicle.

But in 2023, i faced a life-changing choice: continue with my expansion of my salon, or step fully into my lifelong dream of becoming a professional musician. I chose music, closing the studio and embarking on a three-year journey that took me across stages while building my career as a salsa artist. Today, music remains my full-time pursuit, but here in Rochester, Ive returned to nails in a way that aligns with my lifestyle: rebranded as The Nail Jeva.

When you book with me, your not just getting nails, you're supporting a local artist, a mother and a women balancing two passions. Every set contributes to the music i create, making it a full-circle exchange of art supporting art.

Credentials? I am Gel-X certified, Bio Sculpture Gel certified, trained in Vetro Japanese nail systems and luminary certified. I was among the first in Rochester to bring structured gel manicures to the city and I'm proud to be considered a specialist in structured and builder gel. Over the years, Ive mentored talented artist who continue to thrive today. Nail artistry has been my first love and after nearly two decades, it still excites me to hear a client say, " This looks better the my pinterest inspiration picture!"
